Stir Fry on Quinoa, brown rice blend with Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Carrots, Broccoli, Onion, Red Bell pepper, Garlic, leftover chicken thighs chopped, with Soy Sauce, Hoisen and Sriracha!
Turkey Sausage, spinach, red pepper, onion, ginger and canned whole plum tomatoes seasoned and poured over brown rice.
Sooo Good.
Sprinkled a little tobasco on that too!
