Grilled chicken on romaine salad with heirloom tomatoes, chickpea salad, carrots and hummus, blackberries and kiwi

Yesterdays Breakfast
Fresh Avocado, apple wood smoked bacon, poached egg, cilantro, lemon, s&p.
Meatballs!!
Lean ground beef with onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, egg, s&p, apple wood smoked bacon (I was experimenting) :P With a dressing of soy sauce, honey, red vinegar and grainy mustard.
Sided with salad and corn.
Yesterdays lunch
Chickpea salad, hard boiled egg, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella balls, wasa crackers and lemon. Soooo good.
Light Breakfast
Hard boiled egg, blackberries, cucumber and bacon…nom nom nom
Q:how many calories do you eat per day? aproximatively, of course :D it seems so little!
I don’t count calories very much any more. I always look at calories when I go grocery shopping but now I pretty much know how many I eat from doing this for a year and a half. I average about 1300 Cal. Never less than 1200.
I don’t post everything and I snack throughout the day. I am also a big coffee drinker :O
I use smaller plates to portion out my meals and not over do it.
When I go through heavy workout stages, I’ll eat a bit more. My body needs it. ;)

Tortilla, pepper jack, rotisserie chicken, jalapeno and fresh tomato salsa made with tomato, jalapeno, red onion, garlic, cilantro, lime, re vinegar, s&p
Fruit Salad for breakfast…I also had a hard boiled egg not photographed.
Ordered a salad the other day but it was pretty boring. I took it to work with me the next day but added, cucumber, peppers, avocado, chicken and onion.

Work Lunch Turkey, cucumber and grainy mustard on pumpernickel sided with pepper jack and skinny cow dreamy clusters.
Sunday night dinner
Cabbage leaf filled with adobo seasoned chicken, peppers, jalapenos, cucumber, red onion, s&p, cilantro and a couple drops of hot sauce sided with orangina.

Leftover rotisserie chicken sandwich with light mayo, cucumber, red onion, watermelon, pretzel crisps and pepper jack.
