Stir Fry on Quinoa, brown rice blend with Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Carrots, Broccoli, Onion, Red Bell pepper, Garlic, leftover chicken thighs chopped, with Soy Sauce, Hoisen and Sriracha!

Stir fry with quinoa brown rice blend in the works. 🍲#healthyalternative

Turkey Sausage, spinach, red pepper, onion, ginger and canned whole plum tomatoes seasoned and poured over brown rice.

Sooo Good.

Sprinkled a little tobasco on that too!

Boyfriend made a trip to the local spanish chicken spot and got us a rotisserie chicken. It was lightly seasoned (not too salty) which was nice. We sided that with a little brown rice, peas and salad all made at home. It was nice to only spend 10 minutes in the kitchen. :)
