Hello Day 19!!!
I am super excited that this new healthy, fitness lifestyle is lasting. I am not giving up and I plan on keeping it going for a long time!! Yay me! :)
It feels great to see and feel the results. I feel healthy, my skin is starting to look and feel great and I am a lot more flexible then I was 19 days ago. ;)

Morning!!
Today is my treat day. Woo hooo!!! :) I am extremely excited and nervous at the same time. I am going to be having bread AND potatoes today along with that brownie I have been dying for.
Gonna get off my ass now and do my Level 2, 30 day shred. I think I might even do 5 minutes of level three to see what that’s like. :)

DAY 18
10:30am- Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and onions. 3 slices of Bacon and a Grande Non Fat Latte.
1:30-4pm. Snacks. Celery with peanut butter, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, sliced cucumber, ranch dressing and sugar snap peas.
5:30pm- 2 Morning Star veggie patties “Turk’y”. with cheddar cheese and salsa.
8:30 pm- Zucchini and tomato gratin. Homemade! So good!

Treat Day On Monday!

DAY 17
11am- Breakfast. 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese, scrambled eggs with mushrooms and onions, 3 slices of bacon and one medium coffee.
12:30- Grande Non Fat Latte
2:30 through 4pm- Snacks. Red bell pepper, cucumber, baby carrots, 1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese, 10 almonds and 2 tbsp of ranch dressing.
7:30pm- Chicken on a salad with homemade dressing, 1 morning star grilled...

I NEED MORE!
I feel that the workout video (30 day shred) is not enough of a workout for me. I need more and I need variety! It’s boring doing the same thing everyday. I want to go running or join a fitness class but I need more motivation for those things…or a workout buddy would be great!

I want to have a treat day one of these days. I have been craving a subway sub (6”). I don’t eat bread and this will definitely be a treat!
I have also been craving brownies! I normally do not have a sweet tooth, but since I started this diet, I want cake and cookies and BROWNIES! yum.

Today's strength and cardio.
Level 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It was awesome today!! I pushed really hard and made sure I had a good sweat. The DVD froze right in the middle of the workout so I set it back 5 minutes and started back from that point. So My workout was 25min woo hoooo!! lol
I shoveled for 30 minutes today at work (not part of my job description) and burned around 225 calories on that alone!! It was...

9:30am- Breakfast. Broccoli Egg cup (see below) and a cup of coffee and a Grande non fa latte. Total 304 calories, 30g carbs
12pm through 4pm- Snacks. Grape tomatoes, baby carrots, 1/4 cup of Fat free cottage cheese, 10 almonds, sugar snap peas and celery with peanut butter. Total 388 Calories, 27g carbs
7:30pm- Dinner. Shrimp Tacos (in lettuce) Total 388 calories, 13g carbs

12:30- Leftover turkey meatloaf with mashed cauliflower. S.Pelligrino
5:30pm- Snack. Celery with peanut butter, grape tomatoes and 2 pickles. (I miss peanut butter) :P

New York Snow here I come!
I woke up early this morning and did my level 2, 20min-30day shred Yay!!
I got to work and the whole place is just covered and surrounded by snow. I have decided to help shovel because you know why? It’s going to burn some more calories and it’s a great addition to my daily exercise!! :)

1pm- Brunch. 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of bacon and 1/4 of an avocado. Half a cup of coffee.
6pm- Snack. A pickle. Yep that’s all.

What's my "number"?
I have no idea how much I weigh. Last year sometime while shopping in IKEA<3 I noticed a scale and decided to check out “the number”. I think I was around 160lbs :( omg.
Anyhow, I am on Day 14 of this new healthy lifestyle and I am very curious to see how much I weigh. The number isn’t much of a big deal to me but I am curious.

try to drink a glass of water every hour or so. We are supposed to drink at least 8 cups of water a day! ice cold water helps you burn more calories while warm -hot water makes you feel full. Water has many other benefits as well such as hydrated skin.

DAY 13
1pm- Breakfast (late due to cleaning all morning) 2 Poached eggs on top of 2 slices of bacon, mushrooms, shallots and zucchini.
5:30pm- Snack Plate. Sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and 1/4 of an apple.
7:30- 12 almonds
8:30- Chicken Stir-fry. Chicken, carrots, green beans, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, shallots, garlic and scallions to garnish.

Clean!
After my workout this morning, I was still full of energy so….I cleaned my entire apartment!! Swept, mopped, dusted, washed and scrubbed.
Laundry is being done as I type this. (well I am not actually doing the laundry tho) I dropped it off. ;)
Anyhow, I feel really good about today. I am sure I burned a good amount of calories.
Yay! lol
