Healthy Party #2
Some friends have been asking me to have another healthy party and I’ve decided I will definitely be having one. This time, I want to have a healthy picnic party! Central Park!! That’s right. I am soooo excited!!! :D
There will be healthy food, cute dresses and drinks after (maybe during too) ;)
I am going to make different food this time. I love planning and cooking for these kinds...

Since it's been some time, I went all out! :)
Cornish Hen (raised cage free), cauliflower mash, roasted potato, brussel sprouts and honey carrots with chicken gravy.
I like to have all my veggies and food prepped before I start cooking :)
I made Cornish hen for Thanks Giving last year for the first time and I really enjoyed it. Tonight was just as amazing. This also leaves me with some yummy leftovers for work lunch tomorrow. :)

Update...
I have been out and about the past 2 weeks. Taking in the beautiful weather, hanging out with friends, shopping, going out for fancy dinners, having a great time.
My computer has been full for weeks. I have not been able to add, edit or upload new photos but today I finally purchased my external hard drive (pics coming).
