First, there were two of these but I was so hungry that I ate one before taking the pic! lol Okay, this is liverwurst and tomato on fiber crisp bread. I know people are weirded out by liverwurst but I really enjoy it. It reminds me of times with my mother when I used to eat tons of bagels  or rye with liverwurst and tomato. It’s a Pâté of some sort. Anyhow, I think people mostly don’t like it becuase it’s called liverwurst lol. Anyway it was real good! :D
