This mornings Breakfast.
Frittata filled with eggs, a tiny bit of heavy cream, low sodium sliced ham, tomato, colby jack cheese, scallions and some parsley with s&p sided with some avocado.
I saved a slice for my bus trip to Boston this afternoon. :)

Mini Breakfast Wraps.
Whole Wheat Fajita Tortillas (40cal each), Scrambled egg n milk seasoned with chili powder, chili’s, hot sauce on top of fresh avocado.
Party in my mouth!

fried egg (using pam spray), cucumber, tomato and avocado on 45 cal, 7 grain toast
and a cappuccino
Avocado, poached egg, scallions, cilantro with pepper and lemon juice.
DAY 137 Dinner
Chicken and guacamole on a whole wheat wrap.
DAY 93 Snack
Fiber Crispbread with chipotle laughing cow cheese spread, avocado and tomato.

DAY 44 Dinner: Steak salad wraps.
Romaine leaves as wraps, guacamole (avocado, garlic, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice, s & p) topped with diced tomato and steak strips.
NOTE: I only ended up eating one wrap. I got full fast because I had not eaten in hours!
DAY 41 Breakfast!
Half an avocado topped with 2 tbsp of Non Fat cottage cheese and 2 poached eggs. Yum!
