Frittata filled with eggs, a tiny bit of heavy cream, low sodium sliced ham, tomato, colby jack cheese, scallions and some parsley with s&p sided with some avocado.
I saved a slice for my bus trip to Boston this afternoon. :)

It’s been over 20 days since I’ve cooked and I thought a big healthy breakfast was a good start.
We had eggs, ham steak, cucumber, tomato, avocado and multi grain toast with FRESHLY juiced oranges.
I feel super charged!!!
